Sarah is one of Australia’s leading Naturopathic wellness and Detox Specialists and has developed a unique approach in her practise, embracing  Ancient Hawaiian Healing arts, centuries old Tao practises , and a wide variety of healing philosophies from all over the world.

Sarah believes in the power of the butterfly effect, that small changes made consistently over a period of time can produce dramatic results, that not only affect our lives, but also lead to transforming the world.

She is an Internationally Certified Colonic Hydrotherapist and has a Bachelor of Naturopathy specialising in Kahuna Bodywork, Nutritional medicine, Phytotherapy, Homoeopathy, Iridology and Live Blood Analysis.

She was resident Naturopath for five years at the award winning Gaia Retreat and Spa in Byron Bay where she facilitated exclusive cleanse retreats when she co- directed Byron Bay Detox Retreats.  She now runs her own Integerative Detox Clinic in Mullumbimby and specialised retreats and workshops in the Byron Bay Hinterland and Five Elements in Ubud, Bali.

She studied a Business degree when she finished school and then her father became very sick at a young age of 48 and passed away suddenly in a coma with bowel cancer when she was 21.  She then decided to embark on a new healing journey that transformed her life and took her to traveling the world for 4 years and studied Ancient Hawaiian healing martial arts and Kahuna Bodywork in Kauai, Hawaii with a Kahuna priest. She gained an amazing insight into the human body and mind and this knowledge she used for her self and her family.  She wanted to understand how cancer and all disease is effected by emotions and how to keep the human body optimally flexible to change, vibrant and healthy on a very intense and holistic level, thus undertaking 4 years of study in Naturopathic Medicine.

A graduate from Southern Cross University School of Naturopathy she specialises in up to date scientific information in holistic healthcare, Nutrition, Herbal Medicine and Metabolic Detoxification.  As a result she is able to treat most of today’s medical conditions without the side effects of modern medicine. She is very passionate about her work and loves working with people and  is continually engaging in new knowledge and wisdom for the most innovative and cutting edge treatments for optimizing health.

The White Lotus Cleansing Clinic was founded by Sarah Foley in 2009 alongside her former company Byron Bay Detox Retreats, and is a culmination of over a decade of learning, experiencing, and understanding detox, health and wellness processes.

We specialise in creating unique and comprehensive naturopathic detox and health programs that have been successful in treating numerous medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, infertility, depression, cancer, anxiety, insomnia, obesity, parasites and constipation.

The White Lotus Cleansing Clinic brings a totally new and fresh Naturopathic approach to the ancient practise of Colonic Hydrotherapy and Natural Medicine.  We merge this natural approach to cleansing and detoxifying to devise the most optimal naturopathic program depending on the needs of an individual.
